This corner plot south facing villa is situated right in the heart of golden mile two minutes drive to Puerto Banus on its right ,couple minutes on left left to Marbella and across the road to the sea and Puento Romano.The villa was formerly the owners residents so has all the comfort of a real home together with 42 inch flat screen tv as well as dvd player and music center, beautifull fire place for some cold nights as well as air conditioning for rest of the time. Area and the location of the villa ,both have a chemistry to offer residents the joy to all sports and activity.One can not stop to write about all things that can be done from summer activities in the 320 days of sunshine and winter activities like skiing few houres away.Costa del golf is one of the names given to the site for its extensive golf courses.Day trips to Gibraltar, Morrocco, Ceuta,Sevilla ,Granada ,Cordoba, and further away Portugal are the ideas for those explorers to get the max.

    A deposit of 20% is required for any bookings and balance of the rent is due within 8 weeks prior to the arrival date.A deposit of £500 is taken to cover any breakages.to the property.lost keys etc.This will be refunded back on safe return of the keys and once we check the property, you will then receive a deposit cheque in 7days.
    Cancellation Policy; 75% is charged if cancelled within 4 weeks. 100% is charged if cancelled within 2 weeks.

We really enjoyed our holiday at this property. Our family of seven all found the house very spacious and clean; and we greatly enjoyed the pool as well as it's proximity to the beautiful beach. The villa's location was walking distance to Puerto Banus as well as the western side of Marbella and made day trips driving to Ronda and Fuengriola very easy.
The villa provided excellent privacy with the ability to easily get to more populated areas.
We found the owner to be very accommodating and would definitely recommend this property.

Overall the villa was superb. The rooms in the villa were all beautifully decorated and clean and the kitchen facilities were excellent. The large living room space was fantastic but outside is where we spent most of our time, the pool and garden areas were clean and well maintained and we enjoyed spending our time out there. Another bonus was having the 2 seating areas outside along with the BBQ which was used on numerous occasions. The location of the villa was also great we enjoyed numerous walks along the beach to Marbella and to Puerto Banus.

This was one of the best properties that we have used. The location is ideal, minutes from the beach, mid way between Puerto Banus and Marbella (even walked to both along the beach) and yet very private. The property is accurately described and was well maintained and clean. Claudia was very helpful both in advance and on arrival and it only took us minutes to get into holiday mode. The private pool is brilliant and very safe. It was the complete package for us and we will return. Thanks Claudia.

Two weeks in Costa del Sol

This property is very well located for people looking for a calm neighbourhood only two steps from frenzy Puerto Banus.
The apartment itself is very spacious, though frugal, and well suitable for the purpose. Everything was working properly and small few incidents were promptly solved by the owners.
The shared swimming pool was clean and well maintained and, even for August, quite enough for the number of people using it.
