Great getaway - wish it could have been longer

We rented this condo for 4 days in July. (sorry it took so long to get this review in) The owner was very helpful during the rental process, prompt in answering all our email questions and some phone conversations as well. The condo was clean, well maintained, and well stocked with necessities, including linens and towels, kitchen items and food staples. The location was quiet and peaceful, off the beaten path. One disappointment was the condition of the pool. We contacted Brian who immediately reported this to the Rocky River Resort's maintenance people. We learned the filter had failed and was scheduled to be repaired, but not in time for our short stay. Brian didn't hesitate to compensate us for this, which we totally appreciated. Thank you, Brian! We would not only recommend this rental to others, but would love to stay here again if available.

Owner's Response: Thank you so much for the review. I do try to tell people not to expect too much from the pool. It is relatively small, but does the job for small children at a minimum. I did try to resolve the issue with the pool and did pay for the kids to go to a nearby waterpark on me during the repair. I can't prevent issues such as this from occurring, but I always promise my renters to work with them so that their vacation is as relaxing and enjoyable as possible! Brian Harrington (owner)
