Newly built self-catering rental apartment within the gorgeous relax full Marina d'or resort. Within approx.5 minutes walking distance of the beautiful Mediterranean beach and local amenities such as shops, restaurants and supermarket. Great resort for families and couples. The resort boasts Europe's largest sea water health spa and provides quite a few activities. The apartment (sleeps max 6) has a living/dining room with hot/cold air conditioning & colour T.V & DVD player, 1 bathroom with shower/jacuzzi, fully-equipped kitchen with all utensils & utilities including washing machine & dishwasher. master & double bedroom, 2 ground floor balconies (one leads out to the private front drive and the other leads out to the private communal playground and swimming pool which is open July to September). The balconies are great for eating out on. Its a lovely apartment situated in a quiet location yet close to all amenities. Ideal location for the elderly and people with small children.

The newly built apartment is in a quiet location yet close to all amenities such as restaurants, supermarket and bars. the apartment is in the gorgeous relaxful Marina d'or resort within walking distance of the beautiful Mediterranean beach. A great resort for families and couples. The resort boasts Europe's largest sea water health spa and provides activities such as a sports zone, a family water park, children's adventure playground and during the peak season; beach activities such as jet skis, windsurfing and more! The resort is great for a quiet holiday aswell as a fun filled holiday.

    REFUND; 30% if cancelled between day of booking to 8 days before arrival, 100% if cancelled any time during the 8 days till arrival, on the day or for not showing.

Notes: No smoking inside the apartment but it is fine to do so outside on the balconies. There is no ramp for the wheelchair but only a few steps into the apartment from the car, all rooms within the apartment are on one level. Iron and Ironing board also provided. 1) the description of the apartment was accurate. everything was lovely.
2) the property was clean and tidy, modern and relaxing.
3) the customer servce was excellent! we had a small problem with the key holder but that was sorted out by the apartment owner, who was very helpful! any problems, she sorted out very quickly and was very nice. we didnt have any problems with deposit being returned. this apartment owner was great and very helpful!
4) i would definitly recommend to friends and family . . . already have!
5) i didnt really go to any restraunts as the apartment is self catering so we cooked there. there was a lovely ice cream/smoothi bar that also served pizza's - this was at the sea front near the resort hotels.
if you visit this apartment, you will find it lovely and the apartment owner was very nice and helpful. the resort was nice and clean and we enjoyed our selves. the beach was only a few minutes walk away and there was a local supermarket round the corner.
Owner's Response: I try to do my best for all my renters. In regards to the Keys, sometimes this is out of my hands as I live in the UK and not in Spain where I can keep an eye on everything. If renters ever have any problems, you must not hesitate to contact me as soon as possible so that I can do my best to sort out any problems. I want everyone to enjoy themselves when they visit my apartment.

Had a great time staying at the apartment. It was clean, and there were good cooking facilities within the apartment. It was very convenient to have the car in the drive, and only a short walk to the beach from the apartment so we didn't have to use the car all the time. The location makes it easy to get to the motorway and get to other nearby destinations.
Owner's Response: Apartment is in a good location. You can walk it to the beach and local amenities but I would recommend a car so you can visit places further away.
