Excellent choice

Three words come to mind when I remember this apartment: clean, convenient, tiny. Three friends stayed quite comfortably in this very clean and convenient apartment. The beds were extremely comfortable with nice bedding. The bathroom was tiny but perfectly clean as was the rest of the apartment. We loved the location, and were able to walk to Central Park, MOMA, Times Square, Hell's Kitchen Flea Market, 5th Avenue and lots of restaurants. You can get a cab right out the front door in a matter of seconds.
The only possible cons, and really they are minor, are a bar that plays music late into Saturday night, lack of a lamp in the living room, no floor length mirror and three flights of stairs to walk up.
Check in was made so easy with the lock box. Alex is a delight to deal with. All apartments in this area aren't as clean or easy to access. I would absolutely return to this apartment over many others. It's great.

Three adults stayed in the apartment and it worked out perfectly - with one sleeping on the fold-out in the living room. Beds were comfortable, everything was very clean, plenty of extra pillows and linens, plenty of towels, bathroom and kitchen had everything we could need... Need to realize that the apartment is on the third floor and no elevator but this posed no problems. The rental process was smooth and easy with our security deposit returned right away, all questions answered very promptly and the customer service was amazing - we were brought an extra set of keys, more hangers, etc. right away - could not have been more gracious and kind! I would definitely recommend this apartment to friends or relatives and would definitely stay there again!
