About Paul Webler

Co-Owners Paul and Tom skiing the greatest snow on earth. As old college buddies from NY State, we both ended up in Utah for work and own several properties together now enjoying all that Utah and Park City have to offer. We want our guests to enjoy their stay and are hoping you will come visit soon.

Paul Webler purchased this condo in 2012

Why Paul Webler chose Prospector Square

We've been skiing Utah's famous annual 500 inches powder for over a decade. The skiing here is remarkable. Prospector Square in Park City is a great place to visit year round because it is so centrally located to everything Park City has to offer. The summers are so relaxing up here. Come stay with us and enjoy a week of skiing, a summer concert, mountain biking, the summer farmers market, the fall colors, or for a anniversary get away. We are adjacent to the Park City Convention Center which makes business or leisure stays easy.

What makes this condo unique

Our condo is newly remodeled and convenient to so much in Park City; Skiing, the Rail Trail, Main Street and all the things there is to do. Don't forget to come during summer and enjoy some of the great free mountain concerts, Main Street Art's Festival, and Parade of Luxury Homes.

Guestbook comments from the owner

We flew up from Mexico on a ski holiday in December. It is great how close Park City is to the airport. The owner was very helpful in assisting us in recommending some places to eat, and where to rent ski equipment at discount rates. The week we were there was incredible snow and we skied at 2 mountains. The condo is like a well appointed hotel room. Nicely upgraded and clean. There were restaurants close by that we could walk to and was nice to have a kitchen and coffee maker to make breakfast in the morning so we didn't have to eat out every meal. The market is only 3 minutes away from the condo. We would definitely stay here again.

Easy Getaway in Heart of Park City

  • 5 of 5
My wife and I spent two nights at The Prospector, sans kids, for some spring skiing at The Canyons and some needed R&R. The location is excellent -- just off the main drag and walking distance to groceries and many great restaurants. (We had an excellent dinner at Good Karma, a Persian-Indian joint just up the block.)

The unit is clean and well-maintained with a well equipped kitchenette, coffee maker, fridge, cooktop, etc. It's a short, barefoot stroll to the complementary hot tub and pool at the lovely Prospector Square Conference Center next door. There is also a very nice looking, large gym available for guests, but our quads were too sore from tele turns to work out (we saw a guy pulling a weight sled on the astroturf 100-yard dash station)!

Overall, this would be a great spot to stay in Park City in any season. It appears that even more improvements on the facade are underway. We would highly recommend The Prospector for your Park City mountain getaway!

Cozy quiet and clean stay

  • 5 of 5
My husband and I just came for a weekend getaway. The place was clean with a really nice kitchen. Just a mile to Main Street and plenty of restaurants nearby, it was perfect for us. If you want a 5 star hotel with a concierge then this isn't for you, but if you want a nice place and close to everything and are on a budget, than this is a good option. The complex was getting some updating while were there and it looks like it's going to be really nice when its done soon. Thanks for letting us stay. We'll be back again!

Week end get away

  • 5 of 5
My wife and I were craving a relaxing week end getaway from the Salt Lake valley. Only a 45 minute drive from our house in South Jordan, UT. I'm doing some construction work for the owner and he suggested I go stay at his condo. It was recently remodeled with a new modern wet bar kitchen. When we showed up it was very clean and organized. It was nice having the microwave and mini-fridge so we didn't have to eat out for every meal. Only a 10 minute drive from Park City Main St. and most of the ski resorts. What really sold me on the place was the access to the hot tub! It functioned well and was quite large...very relaxing. The owner is great to work with and very friendly.

Great Condo, Great Price for Park City

  • 5 of 5
This was my first stay in Park City and we found the condo to be a fantastic place to stay. We could walk to bars and restaurants, there was a grocery store nearby so we could cook in some of the time and save money. The hot tub was great and the price for the condo was right. We rented a car and snowboarded Deer Valley, Park City and Canyons, all which were 5-10 minutes away. All in all, I'd stay here again.

Great Time/Zero Issues

  • 5 of 5
I take the family on a ski vacation each year. Tried Park City and what a perfect getaway. We arrived at the condo 30 minutes from the SLC airport and found everything as advertised. Clean, great location with many bars and restaurants nearby. Canyons/Park City/Deer Valley are all under 15 minutes away. Bus stop is right out front if you aren't renting a vehicle. Large cinema is 10 minutes away to keep the kids busy. Owner was very professional, friendly and no nonsense. The entire transaction was arranged with less hassle then renting a room at the Hilton. I recommend this property both for its location and the professional nature of the owner renting it.
