Enjoying its magnificent beachfront location overlooking Four Mile Beach and the Coral Sea, the villa is a serene tropical retreat just a few minutes walk from the shopping, cafes and restaurants of the main street.
Guests at The Esplanade Villa enjoy the exclusive sole privilege of this contemporary retreat, including private saltwater swimming pool with sundeck and top level balcony spa bath with sea views. Whenever you have soaked up enough luxurious tropical relaxation, the Port Douglas village centre and marina are just a blissfully short, level stroll away.
Vehicle entry is via a secure, private underground car park and when on foot you simply walk across from the beach and in your door. The ground floor features a central gourmet kitchen open to a dining room to the rear and a beachside entertainment lounge to the front. This lounge has full length glass sliding doors opening to a covered balcony with bbq and outdoor setting overlooking the beach.
The dining room opens to a private rear covered deck with outdoor lounge beside the sunny saltwater pool with sunlounges. Two generous queen bedrooms with stylish ensuite bathrooms are on the first floor, separated by a second entertainment lounge. The second floor is home to a third king bedroom with ensuite bathrooms and expansive verandahs with an outdoor spa bath.

A minimum 7 night stay may apply in peak holiday periods.
To secure a booking, payment of a 25% non refundable deposit and valid credit card details are
required to confirm your booking. If the deposit is not received within 7 days of the tentative
booking, we reserve the right to accept another deposit without further notice. By paying a deposit
you have read and agreed to our terms and conditions.
Balance payment is due before 30 days prior to arrival
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (AUD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
