This 10 yr old professionally furnished and decorated 2,700 sq ft former model home has a front courtyardwith gas kiva fireplace, backs to beautiful Sonoran Desert with fantastic views of the local wildlife and giant saguaros. Vaulted ceilings, huge windows, large spacious rooms, gas fireplace in the Great Room and kitchen dining, gigantic covered back patio (BBQ & outdoor furniture) observation deck to watch the sunsets and heated spa makes this a year round vacation delight.

3 bedrooms/ 3 bathrooms/ Great Room/ formal dining room/ large kitchen with breakfast bar and kitchen dinette, 2 car garage. Unlike most homes with just one master bedroom; this home has 2 master bedrooms that are at opposite ends of the home. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, dishes etc. The bedrooms are supplied with bed linen and the bathrooms with towels. All you need bring are your clothes and toothbrush.

About The Owner

My major in college was fine arts and I taught art in the public school system. So when it came to selecting a home in Scottsdale it was important to me that all the elements of good design, professional decorating and bringing in the beauty of nature were incorporated

The Owner purchased this house in 2005
Why The Owner chose Scottsdale

The home was purchased not as a rental but as my own private residence. I lived in the home for 3 years before moving back to San Francisco for my job.

What makes this house unique

I love the large rooms, walk-in closet, high ceilings and huge windows that lets in lots of light and beautiful views of the desert. The home is private and serene plus the observation deck is a real bonus in enjoying the great sunsets.

Wonderful location, very comfortable accommodations, quiet and peaceful. The spool (half spa half pool) in the desert backyard is perfect for relaxing. The furnishings of the home meet every need.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time in this home. The view of the desert off the back patio was therapeutic. We found the atmosphere of the home to be very peaceful and relaxing. It definitely was a home away from home, furnished with everything one needed for a comfortable stay. The location gave great access to the 101 and all Scottsdale/Phoenix has to offer, yet at the same time provided a peaceful retreat from the busy city. It was a pleasure to work with everyone involved with the home, every effort was given to make it a wonderful time. On a return trip to Scottsdale we would certainly stay here again.
