Beautiful newly remodeled home a few blocks from the beach and golf course. Sunny courtyard welcomes you to the house. Large sunny living room with fireplace is a great gathering place. The gourmet kitchen, featuring Viking stove and all new appliances is open to the living room with a 12 foot island bar area. The family room features a dining room table that seats 10 and another gathering area with a large screen TV. The family room opens to the backyard which has a bocce ball court (rules included!) which will keep your group entertained. The three bedrooms on the first level look out onto the backyard. The large master bedroom upstairs has a peek of the ocean. The house is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood and close to the PG Links golf course (1 block away) and ocean (3 blocks away). It's a short walk to downtown which has excellent restaurants, movie theater, museum, art galleries and shops.
To keep you entertained, in addition to the Bocce Ball court, we have five sets of right-hand golf clubs, two sets of left-hand golf clubs, and 3 pull carts. A bike is also included. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and kitchenware you need to make a gourmet feast. The kitchen features new quartz countertops and a hardwood maple bar which will be the hub of your entertaining. The kitchen has a small counter TV and one den/bedroom has a larger HDTV. The family room has a super large HDTV. This home was completely remodeled this year and is newly listed as a vacation rental. New carpets, floors, and windows. Every room freshly painted. The upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed. Downstairs, one bedroom has a queen and another has a double bed. The den has a futon which can be set up as a queen bed. The house will comfortably sleep 4 couples. The downstairs bathroom has two sinks and a shower/tub combination. The master bath has two sinks and a shower. Beds are topped with down comforters and extra blankets and pillows are included.
The sunny courtyard has a seating area and the backyard has table and chairs for outdoor dining. A gas and a charcoal bar-b-que are available in the backyard. The Bocce Ball court has all the equipment to get your group playing. Rules, balls, scoreboard and shelves for your refreshments are all set up. It's a game everyone can enjoy.
BOOKING POLICY: If booked more than 60 days prior to arrival, 50% of total amount is due to secure reservation with balance of total due 60 days prior to arrival date.
Full payment is due at time of booking if booked less than 60 days prior to arrival date.
CANCEL POLICY: If you cancel 60 days or less before your arrival date, you are eligible for a full refund ONLY if we re-rent the property for the same dates and rental rate.
Credit card must be on file for security against any damages. Access information and directions will be provided once payment is made in full. Two night rentals are subject to owners approval.
