This apartment is airy and spacious and the complex is well set out, featuring a small colonnaded pavilion and fountains. The large enclosed gardens have colourful flower beds, palm trees and swimming pools surrounded by areas of lush lawn. The apartment is especially convenient for both the Pals golf club, just 5 minutes walk away and the tennis club, plus the long sandy beach at Pals just 10 minutes walk away. 3 Bedroom Apartment: Situated on two top floors. Lower floor 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, large open plan living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen including dish washer, also with washing machine utility area and drying area. Top floor with third bedroomwith ensuite bathroom. There is a small open room at top of stairs with sofa bed (2 small singles) This also leads out onto the top balcony. Balconies on both floors with a private plunge pool incorporated in the large private upper terrace.

It is a nice and clean 2 floors appart with all facilities except air conditionning: it is difficult to sleep in the upper floor bedroom during hot summer days.
Owner's Response: Thank you I am glad you enjoyed it. Thank you for your comment about air con, it is perhaps only needed for 3 weeks a year at the height of the Summer and the rest of the time there is a pleasant sea breeze which keeps the room naturally cool. Never the less we shall certainly consider it as a future option.
