Charming Hamptons House Exceeded Expectations

My husband and I couldn't haven't been more pleased with this lovely house. The pictures do not do justice to this gem. Here's the scoop:
1) Stunning backyard -- equipped with pool, chairs, fire pit, grill, and plenty of lawn. We did a lot of relaxing and reading inside and outside and felt completely at ease.
2) Full amenities -- unlike some of the other houses I've rented, this one has it all: fully stocked appliances, utensils, bowls, cook ware, lots of towels, and full toiletries. There is a brand new washer/dryer as well. The owners took a lot of time and care to make this easy for us!
3) Area -- About a 15-20 walk to the beach or a 2 minute drive. We drove to the beach most of the time so it wasn't a problem. The area itself is in the heart of E Hampton, so you're close to the restaurants, shops, and markets. There is something for both the trendy and relaxed type.
Overall, the house isn't large, but the layout is ideal. We never felt cramped and enjoyed the breeze. In fact, we never had to turn on the AC. We also liked that there are 4 bikes provided so we could bike around the neighborhood.
The owners were also extremely attentive and easy to work with.
My one feedback? The kitchen knives could have been a little sharper. They were a tad bit dull.
We would definitely stay here again!

(Since we bought the kitchen supplies + furnishings from the previous owner & I never cook it would've probably taken years to figure that out! Ha.) We hope to have you all back next year.
