Four bedroom luxury villa for on Emerald Island Resort, one of the new closest resorts to Disney. While away the evenings on the illuminated pool deck with its own spa and changing colour pool. (Pool Safety fence for tots). The luxury kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, dishwasher, microwave etc. There are two lounges, a formal lounge a dining area and a family lounge, there is a kitchen nook for breakfast times. The Kings size Master has an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and corner bath, the second Master is a Queen ensuite. There is an additional bathroom and two further bedrooms. Two twin bedrooms, one with a Disney theme room. All rooms have TVs and there is free wireless internet in the villa and computer plus a Playstation with games. The game room has a pool table, air hockey, rackets for the tennis courts and ample games. We have a British management team available 24 hours should you need them. Free international phone calls. Sea World and the new Aquatica water park 15 minutes. Plenty of local restuarants, designer shopping outlets, Champions gate golf course etc. all local. Our Florida home is situated on the exclusive Emerald Island Resort, a gated resort with guard. Shuttle services are available to the attractions. There is a clubhouse with heated pool and spa, sauna, fitness centre, clubroom, video games room, computer room. Facilities also include tennis courts and outdoor play area for children, volleyball, Tiki Hut for drinks and snacks. Plenty of nearby restaurants and designer shopping outlets.
