Vintage cottage with terrific views of Long Island Sound, Fishers Island, and Venetian Harbor. Enjoy the amazing sunsets, just steps away on Main Beach.

House is ideally located at Main Beach, in desirable Groton Long Point, a place which some have described as the best beach community in all of New England. Private beaches and activities include biking, sailing, tennis, kayaking, boating, fishing, and community sponsored activities such as sailing lessons, kids’ movie nights, kid's dances, and summer cocktail parties, and all of which are walkable from the house.

Just a short ride to the quaint towns of Mystic and Stonington, where you can stroll, shop, and dine. Other area attractions include Mystic Aquarium, Mystic Seaport, Mohegan Sun Casino, Foxwoods Resort Casino, The CT Wine Trails and Misquamicut Beach, Rhode Island. Less than an hour to Newport, or to Hi Speed Ferries to Block Island and Martha’s Vineyard. There is alot to do or just do nothing at all. Prepare to relax and enjoy life at GLP

Awesome girls retreat!

This was a perfect place for a relaxing getaway with my sisters and mom. The location was fantastic, right next to the beach! We really enjoyed having a large dining room for gathering & playing card. Defnitely would love to return during the warmer weather when the porch can be utilized! Overall an excellent property that I would recommend to anyone.

LOCATION IS PERFECT!

This house was perfect for a Girls Getaway! 7 of us had an amazing stay here. The house is older, but has such charm! The dining room is large and great for gathering and playing games...The back patio is great too! And you just cannot beat the location. As you sit on the huge wrap around front porch you can see the ocean (20 steps) to your right and the harbor (maybe 30 steps) to your left. The beach has a private feel to it and the boardwalk is perfect for walking. Mystic was a 10 minute car ride away and we visited two wineries while we were here- very accessible. (20 minutes by car). The owner is VERY easy to work with and so accommodating. We had a wonderful time here and would easily return!

Great large home on a private beach!

Older home with large covered front porch and a patio in the rear of the home. Bedrooms are large and sleeps 9-10. Home is clean and in the process of being updated. Owners are easy to work with. Only 25 steps to a beautiful, uncrowded, clean beach. Off-street parking for 4 vehicles. Minutes from Mystic for entertainment, shopping and dining. Casino nearby. Kid friendly area. Bring your bike or walk the boardwalk.
