This is a wonderful house! The location is very central with easy access to Santa Monica BLVD, easy drive to the beach and close to the airports. The house was nice, quiet and comfortable. We'd definitely stay there again. Thank you!

Stayed in the house over NYE and had a great experience. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner, which was very important since this was my first time renting via VRBO. My security deposit was promptly returned. The house is just like all the pictures and had everything we needed with a cute front patio. The neighborhood is very clean, safe and close to shops and restaurants. We utilized the parking pass and had no issue finding street parking.

We truely enjoyed our visit. The location was perfect for all things Hollywood. The vista house was very comfortable and relaxing. Michael was welcoming and responsive. So if you are planning the go to Hollywood. Forget the hotels and stay at the vista house.

Great base for exploring LA

This was an excellent accommodation and location for two retired couples who wanted to spend a week exploring LA before moving on to a wedding in Palm Springs. The house was appealing and comfortable and in a very attractive, quiet residential area. It was within easy walking distance to places to eat and drink on Melrose, and we especially enjoyed going to the Blu Jam every morning for a fantastic choice of breakfasts. The location was excellent for easy driving to visit Hollywood, Beverley Hills, Santa Monica, Universal Studios, Griffiths Park and La Brea tar pits. Michael was very helpful both in organising the letting and helping us when we were there, and we would thoroughly recommend this property.

LA Vacation

Had a very pleasant stay at this rental. House was very clean and comfortable, real nice bathroom. Checking in was effortless. House is located in a very nice neighborhood and has a nice front porch to sit out and relax. It is 2 blocks to get to Melrose where there are shops and restaurants, an easy walk and a short walk the other way to Santa Monica. Would definitely recommend this property.
