Villa, 5 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 5.5 Baths, (Sleeps 10-12)

'Casa Margarita' is 100 meters up from the beautiful white sands of Playa Flamingo. The property offers panoramic views from the pool,verandas and some of the bedrooms. From this house you can view an abundant amount of wildlife including a family of howler monkeys!! This home was designed for large groups with lots of room for common and personal space.

Each of this house's 5 bedrooms has it's own full bath and queen size bed. Living area offers a stereo, and a big screen television with DVD and cable . Formal dining area for 10 people as well as a fully equipped kitchen. A full time maid and her husband live on site and they take care of the house, pool and gardens. Maid will also do the dishes.

And if you wish, a personal chef one may be hired to cook for you through our property manager. The front and side verandas offer shaded outside living complimented by a ping pong table (for the Kids and some adults!!). The Master bedroom has king size bed and TV with cable and DVD player. The 5th bedrrom is a two room suite above the new garage (that is used by owner and houses the laundry area).

This casa is a wonderful place to consider having a small private wedding. For additional fees this can be arranged with the property owner. It's just like getting married on the beach without having to worry about other tourists interrupting your special day!! A beautiful white wedding arch is available for rent. When it is set with the beach view behind it you have a site that is a ideal setting for a perfect seaside wedding!!

About Peggy

We are a 'almost' retired couple who fell in love with the Flamingo Beach area over 13 years ago. The white sands of flamingo and the two beach communities of Potrero and Brasilitos make for a wonderful cultural experience every time we go there. We are not resort type vacationers and prefer to stay where we can be among the people of the country we are visiting. And the Costa Ricans are a wonderful and very happy people. We also like to have our Own pool and kitchen. We like to eat some meals at home and then when we want to go out to dinner there are plenty of options in the area to chose from. I am a 'true' VRB0 owner. Although I have a wonderful Costa Rican property manager to help you with any thing about the house that you need I am the person you will be in contact with when booking your reservation. I know that when I book through VRBO for myself I prefer to rent through the owner. That way if the property manger does not do a good job I can contact the owner and let them know. I Also love working with families and helping them to know more about the area and what there is to do. And of course you will also be put in touch with my property manager after you decide on our Casa for your vacation.

This Casa affords you a wonderful north view(keeping the Casa cooler)of the beach and water while still have a short walk to and from it. The house has several different areas in which renters can spread out into and not be piled on top of each other. Groups of 10-12 pele can shrink a house when there is only one living area! The house also has secure parking for 4 cars,each bedroom has it's own bathroom and the ping pong table is a hit for all ages.

amazing perfect villa at flamingo beach

We chose Casa Margarita because all the bedrooms have own bathroom. It couldn't be better situation on Flamingo Beach with wonderful views, close proximity to the most beautiful beach in Costa Rica, restaurants and shopping. It was a great base site for trips to rincon volcano for canopy tour, shopping/lunching trip to Flamingo and other sea side communities. The villa provided maid service every day (even including washing dishes and laundering), great veranda for gathering and reading, huge table for dining and large enough common area for movies and watching TV. The kitchen is equipped with every amenity known to the best chefs. The groundskeeper/guard watched our area and personal belonging, kept the grounds and pool immaculate and responded to our every need. Both maid and groundkeeper were non-English speaking so it was an opportunity to practice our little Spanish. We would refer this villa to anyone wanting the perfect vacation in Flamingo Beach. It was the perfect location, staff provided and the villa is beautiful (inside and out and fantastic views). Make this your #1 choice.
