Growing up in Los Angeles we always would escape to a weekend in Big Bear. Its a 1.5 hour drive away yet you feel like your in a far away place. I have so many great memories here as a kid. I am happy I am now able to share this great place with my family and friends.

We love how it is so centrally located to everything. It is easy to get to and on a quiet street. You walk to snow summit and a short 2 minute drive to the lake and village.

What makes this cabin unique

We love the second story covered deck. No matter the weather outside we can still have shelter to BBQ. Also the huge Man Cave is a great room where we or the kids can play and not disturb the rest of the house.

Walking Distance to Snow Summit is great in the Winter. Plus since the house is not on the main entrance street of Snow Summit Blvd you don't get any traffic.

A great place to stay for a couple or a group of friends. This is one of the nicest place I have stayed, clean with updated furniture and a huge game room. We love how close the house is to Snow Summit. I will consider renting this place again for our future Big Bear trip.

Great Escape

So my wife and I wanted to celebrate both our 30th bday's, so we decided to get a cabin. We needed a cabin large enought to accomodate around 13 people - we were bringing our immediate families. Let's just say that it was challenging to find something and then we found this cabin. It was large enough for the whole group, was in a great location (near snow summit and downtown), had plenty of beds, a mssive family room and kitchen, a fantastic game room, had a BBQ that worked in 20 degree weather, a great fireplace, and a truly a cozy place. Both sides of the family loved it, and we are now planning a trip back up there this summer. Not only was the cabin great, but the owner was so accomodating and made sure everything was taken care of. This was our first time using VRBO, and we found the process extremely easy. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone with a group, or just a family looking to get away. Thank you for an awesome weekend!

I just wanted to let you know that we had an excellent time up at your place the past weekend! Everyone took a business card and we plan on coming out again maybe in the summer time but definitely next year around the same time. We have traveled around to a lot of cabins and rentals in the area and this has got to be by far the best place we have stayed at. Thank you again and I will be posting a review for you soon! :)

We had a group of 9 people and we travel up to the Snow Summit area quiet often and have never stayed at a cleaner and more beautiful place. The location is perfect and the amenities are amazing. It is a very clean property and the owner provides excellent customer service. We enjoyed our stay so much that we plan on coming back as soon as possible.

this place is amazing! It has a great kitchen, tons of space to lounge, great beds with plenty of closet and drawer space. The location is ideal for skiing - you can easily walk to the Snow Summit ski lifts. The game room is a huge bonus.
