This flat is a comfortable, 60 sq metre apartment renovated recently, it offers a delightful solution for your holiday in Rome. A charming, two-level apartment with typical wood beamed ceilings, Scala Flat is located in an attractive building situated among picturesque alleys and characteristic, antique wall shrines. The neighbourhood is known for its restaurants and night spots, its artisans and, during the day, for its aura of days gone by. The apartment sleeps 4 to 6 in three separate sleeping areas. There are two modern bathrooms, each with shower, and a kitchen fitted out for your every need. There is heating for the winter and air conditioning for the summer. Iron, ironing board, hair dryer and television are on the premises.

Its magical atmosphere - which enriched by historic buildings and picturesque streets and squares in - will leave hardly anyone untouched. Tram no. 8 stops close to the apartment and takes you directly to Largo Argentina, the heart of the historical centre between Piazza Navona and Campo de’Fiori, in only a few minutes. From this apartment you can reach the Forum Romanum, the Coliseum, the Pantheon and Piazza Navona in 5 minutes by tram followed by 5-15 minutes on foot.
