Beautifully renovated home, in a quite col-de-sac. Beautiful garden in front and back of house, large enough for game of boccie, horse shoes. Two floors, open concept kitchen-dining room and living room with lots of natural light. French doors that open onto balcony where there is garden table and chairs and barbecue.

Travelling time to the University of Victoria is 5 minutes walking distance, 10 minute walk to Tuscany Village (Local grocery stores, Pharmasave drug store, liquor store, Restaurants and Starbucks). The following is Included: monitored security alarm system, all utilities, Telus Optik television, broadband high speed wireless internet, all dishes, cooking items and furnishings, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer, 4 piece bathroom, bed linens, duvet and towels. This is a very clean, quiet home, with new kitchen appliances and furniture.

Each room is fully furnished with new queen beds and all have large windows facing the landscaped colorful backyard. The master bedroom with high ceilings, has a private half bathroom and walk-in closet.

The upstairs living area has a warm, yet elegant feeling with a beautifully cream stone fireplace. Comfortable seating and large windows facing the front yard. As you reach for one of the many coffee book reading materials that we share with our guests you can gaze towards the grand glass staircase, unique crystal chandeliers and modern kitchen appliances.

The kitchen is equipped with all amenities and is the ideal place to cook for an intimate dinner for two or for a group.

The neighborhood is quiet, away from busy streets, yet the area Gordon Head (location of house) is central to downtown, airport/ferries, local farms with organic produce and excellent beaches and hiking.

Ground level has a second large living space with tv and couch that can sleep two people if needed and another cozy fire place. Adjacent in a closed-off room is the large laundry room with both washer and dryer, and access to the backyard.

The backyard has many succulent herbs for your dinning and cooking pleasure, cherry tree and fig tree for your picking pleasure! Enjoy a relaxing and quiet experience nestled in our backyard, with large table and chairs to enjoy any meal of the day outdoors.

Beacon Hill Park is a beautiful place to go for a walk, bike ride or roller blade among well groomed gardens and the animal zoo. Pure Vanilla (Bakery) on Cadboro Bay road-less than 10 minute drive or 15 minute bike ride for delicious baked goods and more.

For families with children, you are walking distance to some of the best elementary, middle and high schools, University of Victoria and Camosun College and the prestigious St. Michael`s Private School (Kindergarten to Grade 12). Close to sports camps and excellent dance schools (Stages, BroadStreet Dance School near Gordon and more downtown Victoria).

    Nightly, Weekly & Short-term Rental Terms and Conditions:
    Cancellation Policy—Vacation Rentals— daily, weekly and monthly rentals is 60 days prior. For cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded less a $100 administration fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. 25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 14 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of $500 is required
    Check in time is 4:30 pm – 6:30 pm unless by other arrangements.

Dear Rosanna,

My family and I cannot express enough how wonderful you have been. Your home is exactly what we were looking for when we decided to move our family to Victoria for a year. My husband and I with our 3 teenage children came to Canada to learn the English language.Time has flown by so fast and it is hard to believe that we have been here for 7 months and only have 3 months before heading back to our home country. We chose Victoria as a destination to both explore it's beauty and to take advantage of the superb educational opportunities. Choosing a home that was both warm and inviting while needing to be in close proximity to schools was a must. We were so pleased to find how close we were to grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants, recreation centre and what a safe neighbourhood we are in. Rosanna has been very helpful when we have needed information on traveling and/or events/places we should see in Victoria and in British Columbia. This house is a place that we continually enjoy and highly recommend for anyone who is considering for themselves or family members to live in an amazing place who are looking for a fun and positive experience.

This is a beautiful house. Well equipped with everything you could want and Rosanna was very accommodating. Three good size double bedrooms, modern kitchen and a comfortable sitting room. Also a TV room and laundrydownstairs.
To top it off the location is convenient for town or heading up the island. I would definitely reccommend this property.

As a traveling doctor, it is important for me to feel at home when on the road. My family's experience with this rental did just that. Modern appliances with its open concept made us feel like we were back in New York. The kicker was the homemade Italian dishes that Rosanna cooked for us. The seafood pasta was truly incredible, thank you again! We would recommend this home for any traveler looking for a quiet home close to both the beach and downtown.
