This apartment is for any family - couple - friends who are looking to stay in a place which will give you the feeling that you live the Dominican Life. Friendly people are living here, foreigners (expats) from all over the world: Canada, US, Germany, France, GB to quote just some, mingle with the local population.

It is matter of a couple of minutes to walk to the beach. Really true! Look at the pictures. You walk out of the apartment and walk right down to the beach. You cross the Duarte main road and there you are, just some steps more and you feel the sand tickling your feet and the warm tropical water of the ocean caressing you ankles.

Notes:
In general the Dominican electricity supply provided by EDE-Norte (the local power provider) has much improved over the last decades. However there are still some short comings when it comes to this matter. The apartment is located in a so called 24hours grid. Certain days in the week (now it is usually on Tuesdays) the entire power grid is maintained by the provider and sometimes the power will be shut off for some hours. Some of the hours of the day the generator will not provide power for environmental reasons and in order to save energy costs (but limited to the hours from 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM and from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM).
