At Bella Luna, awaken to the sun rising over the turquoise waters and fall asleep to the sound of ocean waves. Bella Luna is an exquisite home situated on a cliff over-looking Magen's Bay in beautiful St. Thomas, Virgin Islands. This waterfront villa has all of the accommodations of resort-style living (flat screen TVs with Dish Network, wifi, an infinity pool) with the privacy of your own home. This villa offers a secluded getaway on the tropical north side of St. Thomas. The villa embellishes beauty from the stained glass ceiling tops to the mosaic tiled pool. The kitchen is a chef’s delight as it is fully equipped and it has black granite countertops & splash wall, and mahogany cupboards. Every bedroom has a private bathroom and a walk-in closet and doors leading to the veranda. Both living rooms (upstairs and downstairs) are furnished with flat screen TVs and DVD players. While lying out on the veranda enjoy the view of the infinity pool extending out into the Caribbean Sea.
This villa is walking distance from the Hull Bay Beach and a short drive to everything—Charlotte Amalie, Magen’s Bay Beach, Coral World, etc. The villa has accommodation for all ages.
We just got back from St. Thomas a week ago. Five us stayed at Bella Luna & loved it. It's a very relaxing villa, and gorgeous views. You defiantly need to rent a car on this island. Lots of great restaurants & things to do.
Our family of four stayed here over spring break and had a fantastic time. The house is beautiful. Very clean and spacious with stunning views. The pool is larger than it appears in the photos and allowed for many games of "marco polo" among the four of us. After a day sightseeing on St. Thomas or St. John, it was SO relaxing to come back to our own private house & pool. We will (hopefully) be back!
Laze in the Infinity Pool and watch the pelicans fly by at eye level. Look out to the blue horizon and listen to the sound of the surf below. There is a gorgeous view from every room and an enormous patio. What a wonderful retreat for 3 couples or an extended family.
We traveled with a 22-month old and a 19-month old baby and our stay at the villa was very satisfactory. We immediately fell in love with the outdoor infinity pool and stunning sea views. We were able to prepare foods for the babies in the gourmet kitchen and of course ourselves, which is a lifesaver. The onsite care taker Alex made the place even more welcoming, he is already around to attend our needs, even our babies liked him!
Overall we love the place inside and out! Will try to return in the future!
We stayed at the Villa Bella Luna for 7 nights with two other couples. The house is absolutely gorgeous, and is much more beautiful than pictured. This house is perfect for three couples. Each bedroom has a king bed with its own bathroom, plus private access to either the balcony or the pool deck area. Lots of privacy and room for everyone; completely furnished kitchen, laundry room, etc. Extremely clean and in pristine condition. The pool is absolutely fabulous and I could have spent my entire week just sitting around the pool. It overlooks Megan's Bay and the sunrises are gorgeous. The house is located high up on a hill, and I would highly recommend a rental care for getting around. The walk to Hull Bay is a short but rather strenuous one, but is easily done by any one in relatively good shape.
We had a fabulous week, and I cannot say enough positive things about the beauty of the house or its views. The owners were very easy to work with and were very helpful. We even had someone meet us at the airport to escort us to the house and show us around.
I hope we can return again one day, and I would recommend this house to anyone.
Bella Luna is a gorgeous estate with an unforgettable view. As soon as we walked through the front door, we could see the porch and infinity pool stretching out towards the horizon. Pelicans glide within reach of the verandas, and outside there is a perfect panorama of the cliffside and Magen's Bay. The house itself is bright, open, and elegantly decorated (I adored the kimono hanging on the wall of our bedroom), with top notch amenities. It's also thoughtfully designed to be handicapped-accessible, which was particularly convenient in our case. Alex, the house's architect and caretaker, does an impeccable job furnishing the villa with everything it needs. He was also always available and quite happy to steer us toward the best of local attractions. It was an absolute pleasure to be a guest here, and I will certainly recommend the property to friends and family in the future.
