This self catering holiday villa is set in a popular part of Blouberg, near the beach. This very bright and open villa is an ideal holiday home for families or friends with 3 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms, both with separate showers and the master bathroom having a corner bath Jacuzzi, where you can relax and look at the stars through the feature glass ceiling. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with scullery, featuring all the necessary mod-cons that a family would need, including dishwasher, washing machine, oven & hob, fridge freezer, etc... granite work surfaces and plenty of storage. Outside you have a table and chairs with a built in BBQ on the patio area. In the garden you have sun loungers by the pool, with the garden and pool being maintained regularly. The double garage is also at your disposal. Set in a quiet urbanisation this perfect holiday home is close to plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Close by are the designer shops of Canal Walk and Ratanga Junction Theme Park.

Set in a quiet urbanisation, close to plenty of shops, bars and restaurants yet only 30 minutes from the centre of Cape Town City. Close by are the designer shops of Canal Walk and Ratanga Junction Theme Park. Blouberg beach, a short drive away, is famous for kite surfing and windsurfing and offers some exceptional restaurants where you can enjoy fine steaks, fresh fish, or just sipping cocktails with incredible views to Table Mountain. The Victoria & Alfred Waterfron is only a 20 minute drive away offering some fine international restaurants and great shopping, as well as boat rides helicopter rides and much more.

My wife and I used this house as a base to tour cape Town and the surrounding areas.This property is exactly as described on the web site. We found it to be clean, modern and very well maintained. It has a very spacious feeling. However, above all we found this property to be in an area which is very safe which added to our feeling of security and enjoyment and I would recommend this property to any of my family. Only tip, make sure you hire a car.
Owner's Response: Its good to hear other guests have enjoyed their stay at the house as much as we do, we as a family love the place and the location and try to keep it well maintained. After staying in many different properties in Cape Town over the years, we have taken on board all the good points and bad points of a holiday home which hopefully has influenced us in giving this house a confortable, spacious feeling in a beautiful surrounding. Thanks for your comments and hope to see you again.

This property is just what you need for a break in Cape Town. Easy to get to from the airport and an easy commute into the city. The accomodation is very clean and in good repair. As a family we used the pool and braai area all the time on our return from the city. Good alround facilities and any worries the agent for the property debbie is always on hand to help. We will use this again the next time.
