WORLD CLASS DIVING, HISTORICAL SITES, ECO ADVENTURE AT YOUR FEET 3BR/2BA

I would recommend this rental to others. I found that the owners were helpful and friendly, and the care takers were great. Anything that we needed, they helped us with. Marazul Dive Resort is about 35 minutes from town (down a narrow and pot-hole filled road), so we had more time in the car than I had anticipated. After traversing the entire island, we were extremely happy to have selected this resort. Unfortunately we didn't know until the last day that the snorkeling was great right off the resort - we would have spent less time traversing the island. Our favorite beaches were also close (Cas Abou and Porto Maria), Shete Boka is amazing and right down the road, the sunsets are beautiful, the mountains surround the town, and the grounds are very well maintained. The unit was comfortable, fully stocked with cooking utensils, and met all of our needs - although it did get a little tight with 6 adults and one 2 year old - who is a whirlwind of energy! However, most of our time was spent outside - including all meals on the patio. The windows in the unit are older and difficult to open but we just left the doors open to get a nice breeze through the condo - and closed them at night to reduce mosquitoes. I wish that we would have asked for grocery delivery the first night as we got in late and nothing was open so we survived on airplane snacks for dinner. We had breakfast at the hotel next door. It was $25 USD per person but it was all you could eat - some interesting things but the pancakes were amazing as was the pulled beef dish. Be sure to eat at Meisje's which is Westpunt - crazy good sangria as well as amazing food and service. Sol Food was also good - the steaks and fish is what I would recommend as well as the amazing brownies. We are very happy that we stayed here and just wish we would have relaxed more onsite during our stay.

We had a very nice time on our trip to Curacao. It was a very nice base to travel around the island, and visit many of the out of the way places. It was very relaxing and the manager was very helpful. The view was spectacular, and the location was convient to the local beaches which are unforgetable. The locals were very friendly and very helpful. The food locally was very good and reasonably priced. Sol Food is a must. The owners were very quick with response and made the transaction very easy. Their welcome packet and directions were wonderful and very helpful. The home was equiped with the essentials and having a grill was a nice ammenty. We had a wonderful and relaxing holiday. Hope to return soon. Would recommend to anyone who dives or snorkles . Thank you for the holiday stockings!!!!

This ocean view unit has just been remodeled and it's great to have brand new bedding, furniture, and towels in a holiday rental. Spacious balcony that gives panoramic views. The villa sits one row back from the ocean, though there is no disadvantage when it comes to the spectacular view. It is also more quiet than being right on the pool, a 10 second walk away. With all our dive gear, we appreciated that there was parking right behind the unit, and that nearby was the resort's laundry area with outdoor shower and hose for hanging and cleaning gear. Having your own washing machine on a dive vacation is a real advantage, and the sealife at Westpunt (always lots of green turtles at nearby Playa Grandi and great night snorkeling/diving too) and local dining options were much enjoyed. The owners are SUPER!
