Magnificant Condo

Our condo is located in the Windy Hill area of North Myrtle Beach. We love this area because it is off the beaten path, beautifully maintained, and very convenient to everything. The decor in the condo was updated in late 2010, adding new living room furniture, hardwood floors, completely repainted with bright vibrant colors, large high definition flat screen tv, granite counter tops, new kitchen appliances, and more. Because we do view this special place as our second home and not just a rental property, we have taken great care and pride is making it one of the most desireable places to stay in North Myrtle Beach. In fact, we have been told that our condo is one of the nicest units available in the area. The view from the balcony is nothing less than spectacular. One can see up and down the beach for many miles and sitting at the dining room table vistas can be seen beyond Cherry Grove. We did not rent our condo last year but decided to do so in 2011. I honestly do not believe you can find a nicer 4-bedroom condo located on the ocean for less money. Before we purchased our place we have rented many condos and cottages in this area, but trust me, none of the places can compare. So if you're looking for a great place to rent that has it all this is it!!
