This is a great new complex with fantastic facilities including Outdoor pool, jacuzzi and childrens pool overlooking a lake. Amenity centre with snooker table, pool table, free internet room, pinball, air hockey and various arcade games. Free movie theatre with big layzee boy chairs. Around the complex is a nature trail with exercise points, 2 play areas and a volleyball court. 24hr reception has a selection of playstation2 games and DVDs to sign out during your stay. The back of the house has a Hot tub which overlooks the lake and swimming pool. The house has all that you would need to make your stay comfortable, including large fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, TV & DVD downstairs, upstairs is a games room with Playstation, football table, TV, DVD and various boardgames. Downstairs also has a kingsize ensuite bedroom with TV. So caters for disabled guests easily. We are off the main road away from traffic noise but near to shops, bars, restaurant. Ideal 4 families

Coral Cay Resort is very centrally located to cater for every need Minutes from Disney, Universal, Seaworld theme parks, International Drive, and all themed restaurants. Walking distance from Bars and Restaurants. Shopping complexes including Very large Walmart 1 mins drive. We are just off the I4 which takes you down to the gulf coast within an hour. The nearest beach is Coco Beach on the east coast, while there you are only 1/2 hour from Kennedy Space Centre. Downtown Kissimme is where the Historical side of Kissimmee is worth a visit, then relax on the lake with an airboat ride looking out for alligators and the many various wildlife and birds. For the shoppers there is many fashion boutiques and shopping malls only a minutes drive away, and for those wanting a bargain there are many markets and bargain basement shops. There is plenty of nearby golf courses to choose from. And for the historical there's even vintage car and motorbike parades in old kissimee just 2 mins drive.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Payment is acceptable in British pounds or us dollars.
    We require a deposit of £100 and the remaining to be 8 weeks prior to rental.
    If rental is before 12 weeks we require full payment at time of booking.
    No refunds of deposit will be given for cancellation.
  • you will be required to pay a one time cleaning fee of £50 ($85) for stays of 5 nights or less

    We will give favourable rates to anyone wishing to rent our property long term.
  • When you arrive at the property you will be required to sign a registration and facility request form and a deposit of $350 payable by visa, mastercard, U.S. Dollar Travellers cheque or cash. This will be returned once the property has been inspected and no damage found or excess cleaning has been needed.

Well Appointed Property

This property is located just off of highway US192, between mile markers 14 & 15, it is approx 10-15mins drive from the Disney attractions. There is a large Walmart suppermarket approximately 2mins away, and there are no shortage of restaurants close by (Golden Coral and Steak N Shake were a big hit with the kids).
The house looks fairly new and is very well equipped, the bedrooms are comfortable and the kitchen has a big fridge freezer with ice dispenser. It is in a quiet location with security gates in operation throughout the night.
The communal pool is a good size and is fairly close to the house.
As an alternative to the usual Disney Attractions try The Old Town on a Fri / Sat night for a classic car rally and a good party atmosphere, also Disney Quest at Downtown Disney (entry to this is included with some ultimate pass tickets)

Very nice place to stay on vacation. We loved the location and how close it is to everything. The home is very nice and new. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks for letting us use your home. It had everything we needed to have a relaxing stay.
