The Frog House is an adorable, 500 square foot 1925 Historic Cottage which has been lovingly restored by the owners who live next door. Walking distance to Main Street, this cottage has everything you need for a great week in Downtown Sarasota!
A private fenced yard with locking gate provide an excellent space for sun bathing and eating meals outside. Modern conveniences include two large flat screen televisions, free wifi and a central air conditioning unit. A magnetic induction cooktop, fridge and microwave allow you to save money by doing some light cooking. A large Whole Foods Market with huge hot bar, salad bar and prepared foods counter are walking distance away.
The Saturday morning Farmer's Market, numerous art shows, parades and festivals are a few minutes walk from the Frog House. Dozens of restaurants, Opera, theatres, shops, and cafes are minutes away. Selby Gardens and O'Leary's Tiki Bar at the Bayfront are close by. Explore the magic of hidden Burns Court and Towles Court with their excellent restaurants, galleries, and foreign film theatre. You can easily park your car and not move it again until you pack up to go home!

Michael and Andrea Seager moved to Gillespie Park in Downtown Sarasota in 2000. A graduate of the Cornell School of Hotel Administration, Andrea manages her family's gold award winning Econo Lodge East in Bradenton, along with 2 vacation rentals in Downtown Sarasota. The Seagers also own and manage 20 annual rental homes and apartments in Gillespie Park. Strong believers in Historic Preservation, the Seagers have been active in Gillespie Park's revitalization.
