The suite is equipped with large closets and cabinets, Fully equiped Kitchen includes: fridge oven and microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishes, pans, pots, and necessary cooking equipment, LCD TV, DVD and sound system, washing machine and dryer, linens and all types of towels , Wi-Fi, cable TV, iron. includes AC and have a parkig lot.

About Kiki or Ronit

Lili's Place is a family property owned and managed by Ronit and Zvi (Kiki) Ben Sheffer. We have designed and equipped the apartments in the way that reflected our love for aesthetic, clean design and comfort. At the same time we believe a place has to be warm and soft. Ronit and Myself both work for the High-tech industry in the marketing domain. We live in Tel-Aviv and raise 3 kids (Guy, Mika & Lia).

We hope you will enjoy your stay with us....

Additional information about rental rates

Down Payment of 250 USD is due at reservation time
The rest plus a Security Deposit of 500 USD is due when you check in.
Your Security deposit will be refunded to you when you check-out assuming there are no damages
Cancellation fee -cancellation more then 60 days in advance to your arrival date we will refund your down payment, less then 60 days notice will result in a 250 USD cancellation fee
Fees And Taxes 100$ setup fee will be added to the total.
