Holiday Home, sleeps five, located three minutes walk from beach and picturesque village centre containing a restaurant, shop, pub together with beautiful harbour area. The house is located in peaceful surrounds and is approx 100 years old. It is furnished to the highest standards. The large sitting room contains sofas,open fire and TV with 7 channels. . The large kitchen contains washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and other mod.cons. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with one large main bathroom. The rear yard is fully enclosed with steep steps up to a deck area where there are panoramic views over Dungarvan Bay. The house is approx 1400sq ft.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • A 150.00 euro deposit is required and will be given back on hand over of the keys at the end of the week. Check out time is 12.30pm on day of checkout. There may be flexibility if their are no arrivals on that day. On booking a 300.00 deposit is required to hold the house and a further 350 euros will be paid 3 weeks before arrival. On checkout the deposit of 150.00 will be paid back to the client if the house is not damaged. 650 euros in total includes linen rental of 50.00 euros and 150.00 is paid back on departure.
