This large beach condo home of a noted British Designer is located in the heart of South Beach. Impeccably decorated by John Protomaster with contemporary furnishing from Vitra, Ligne Roset, and pieces by Eames. This spacious one bed room, two bathroom unit is topped off by a private and secluded 1200 sq foot roof terrace complete with spa and kitchen- a combined indoor/outdoor living space of 2,400 square feet!

Based in a small gated garden community of only 16 units, this 1200 sq. ft. apartment is located on the top floor of a two floor building and consists of 1 bedroom and 2 full baths (one en-suite). The kitchen is fully fitted with modern stainless steel appliances and marble counter-tops and breakfast bar. Appliances include double fridge, microwave/convention oven, stove-top and drawer dishwasher. The open form kitchen flows into the office/reception room which features a workspace for one. The apartment boasts a very large living room perfect for lounging and a sofa-bed that can accommodate additional guests. The adjacent media room includes a 52” plasma screen and surround sound speakers ( and the owners extensive DVD collection). The bedroom has a walk in fitted closet which leads into a bathroom with a white marble and glass shower that is big enough for two. The classic but minimalistic designed unit has been photographed and published in newspapers and magazine and includes stunning art on the walls, dimmer-controlled lighting, central air conditioning and plenty of natural light.

The spectacular roof-top terrace, a rarity in South Beach, was designed by architect Dan Robertson and lets you see the sunset amidst the art-deco buildings in the horizon. The 1200 square foot space has a seating area, a double bed, a hot tub-spa, dining table to sit 8, Summit sun Loungers, an outdoor shower, two large standalone umbrellas & an outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue, & sink.

The condo is situated opposite Flamingo Park whose amenities include tennis courts and swimming pools. There is a Decobike Rack across the street where you can rent bicycles by the hour or day. You are a 5 min walk to the Beach, all the major nightclubs and world-famous Ocean Drive. A 10 min walk will lead you to the outdoor Lincoln Road Mall, The New World Symphony, the Fillmore Theater, a multiplex cinema and a plethora of restaurants and bars. This rental can accommodate 2-4 adults but is not suitable for children.

Almost too good to be true

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we were simply amazed by how wonderful the condo was, how close to the heart of South Beach it is located, the amount of privacy we had, and how easy it was to arrange our last minute travel with the owner. The top level patio is spectacular! It has a private hot tub, an outdoor grill and it provides a great place to entertain or just watch the sunrise or sunset with your sweetheart. The owner has paid attention to every last detail in the space. The modern and minimalist design was exactly what we were looking for. You definitely cannot beat this condo for the price, atmosphere, and ease of booking. Look no further!

The American dream in Miami!

the appartment is the right thing if you want to be in the middle but still have you´re own little paradise to get your peace. the location is perfect, 5 minutes walk from the beach, ocean drive and lincoln road. the appartment is beautifully designed and feels very welcoming. everthing was clean and we had all the luxury we dreamed of. the roofterrace is amazing, you,re on the top of miami, being all by yourself. there were no problems with booking, all went very smooth and the owner is very nice. we would book this again if we were going back to miami. 5 stars for a perfect holiday!

very plesant stay

We stayed here with 3 persons and it was great. The location is very good, you can walk to the beach, lincoln road and most restaurants. Also the roof top terrace is great!
The appartment is just like on the pictures spacious, nice looking and well maintained. Also the kitchen etc is very complete.

We would come back here, and recommend it to others.

Luxurious, chilled, chic !

We were so lucky to be able to book this amazing apartment for our fabulous honeymoon retreat. Everything was stylish and high end quality.
The indoor living accommodation was spotlessly clean and incredibly spacious with fantastic facilities - TV and sound system, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and walk-in en-suite shower room. The attention to detail in the designer furnishings and the little personal art touches give this outstanding property a superior feel.
The outdoor roof terrace is so private - sun all day and stars all night - with hot tub, gas barbecue, kitchen and seating area all superb.
The location is excellent, set in the heart of the stunning Art Deco District just 5 minutes from Ocean Drive and that wonderful beach !
Sited in a small, secluded, gated community, this property is right opposite Flamingo Park and within minutes of restaurants on Lincoln Road and Espanola Way.
The ultimate hideaway heaven !
And the owner, Roger . . . .the ultimate host !
We would totally recommend this fantastic South Beach experience !
