Single apartment on the top floor (seventh, with elevator) - 7 windows,and French windows, affords light, sunshine all day. - Panoramic views of Annecy its lake and mountains. - Small balcony, with its folding table and two chairs,to drink your coffee in the sunshine. - Ideally situated in a residential area , just 5 minutes walk from both the lakeshore and the town centre, and 10 minutes from the old town and the mainline SNCF railway station. - Ceiling fan in the bedroom and we can also provide extra air-conditioning if necessary, -A public car park just below the apartment building.

Notre séjour a Annecy s' est passe' impeccablement grace à notre charmant propriétaire qui a aménagé à la perfection cet appartement au dernier étage d'un immeuble avec ascenseur et qui dispose de grandes fenêtres autour de l' espace. Les vues sur le lac et montagnes aussi que le monastère avoisinant sont superbes, et son emplacement vous permet d' aller n'importe ou dans la vieille ville, aux marchés et aux centres commerciaux. L' appart profite aussi d'un aménagement de haute qualité avec des détails très design. Nous avons beaucoup regretté l'heure de notre départ !

This lovely top floor apartment is the perfect place to spend time exploring Annecy, one of the most enchanting small French cities. All amenities are top quality, and the owner is quick to answer questions or help you with appliances. One might wish for an enclosed shower, but the wonderful clawfoot tub with hand-held shower head does the job. During good weather, sitting out on the balcony overlooking the lake is a bit of heaven ! We will definitely return very soon.

Amazing views from exceptionally well-presented apartment. The little extras of soaps, fruit, bubbles and dessert on arrival is fantastic not too mention having pastries and fresh bread delivered each morning is superb!

Great location for the lake and old township and bikes wonderful tho didn't have time to use for our visit.

Xavier is attentive and provides fantastic service - if we were ever to return to Annecy we would stay there again and recommend.

Parking available across the road for 20E per day and the lift is tiny and only for 2 so travel lightly folks and enjoy!

Also very small balcony available also tho not for living outdoors if required.

Perfect location, perfect style, perfect view!

This is our first attempt to book accommodation else than hotel, during our trips in Europe. Were little bit skeptical …..
However, we had such a nice surprise, the apartment is so nicely arranged, such perfect location, clean and with incredible view! Exactly as it is advertised! Owners, very friendly, speaking perfect English, and ready to advise best trips and best restaurants within Annecy, as well as all over the Haute Savoie area.
We highly recommend and we ourselves will go back one day, since 10 days were not enough to enjoy all the gorgeous sites in the area.

Magnifique!

Appartement d'Hôtes was the perfect accommodation for our visit to Annecy. Chic, with a classic flair, you really felt as though you had left your home country and were sampling something French.

The location could not have been better, with the old town and lake within easy walking distance—not to mention a fantastic little bakery being just down the road. The apartment itself offered an amazing view, was equipped with everything you could possibly need, including a pair of bicycles, and the owner, who was very nice, had left plenty of suggestions for places to eat and things to do.

Our only regret was that the apartment was not available for the full duration of our holiday. We would definitely try to stay here if we visit Annecy again.
