Enjoy gorgeous Sunsets in this quaint 1st floor bayside condo with unobstructed views of Assawoman Bay, surrounding wetlands, and Fager's Lighthouse resort. Perfect getaway for couples or small families. Minimum age requirement of 25. Not available for rent to highschool seniors.

Centrally located in Ocean City, this condo is clean and very well kept with 1 bedroom (queen bed), 1 bathroom, full size sofa bed in living room, and fully equiped kitchen. Central air conditioning (no window units). Enjoy a beautiful view from the private covered porch overlooking the Bay and wetlands. Short walk to the beach, nearby restaurants, and mini golf. This waterfont property is ideal for adult couples or small families. Great midtown location close to everything. Also walking distance to Seacrets!

No smoking and no pets please.

Linens are not provided. Must bring your own towels and sheets. 1 queen bed and 1 full size sleeper sofa. Beach chairs are provided. Outdoor shower is located in front of the building at the end near parking lot entrace.

Centrally located in Ocean City, viewing the bay and wetlands. Short walk to the beach, nearby restaurants, and mini golf. This waterfont property is ideal for adult couples or small families. Great midtown location close to everything. Assateague Island is only a short 15 minute drive away. The historic town of Berlin is approx. 10 miles outside of OC with many antique shops and boutiques along with a few charming restaurants such as the Globe (an old movie theater turned into an upscale bar/restaurant providing live entertainment). Short drive to the boardwalk, plenty of night life and live entertainment, shopping, mini golf, kayaking and boat tours. Northside Park is also close by (bayside) which has a nice playground, walking path and long pier great for crabbing or just strolling to enjoy the view. Check out the new Casino at Ocean Downs race track!

The owners made this easy to rent by being very repsonsive, providing useful information, and making us feel at home. The condo was beautiful - perfect for a couple - and in a great location - short walk to the beach, restaurants/bars, and convenient to pick up the bus to head to the boardwalk. The listing accurately portrayed the condo. The condo is well-maintained and was clean. I definitely would recommend this to friends/family. We could not have asked for a better vacation!
