Situated on top of the hill, this light filled California beach bungalow is situated within walking distance from the beach and main street. Fios, premium digital cable including HBO, media ready. 42' flat screen HDTV. Extensive DVD Library. Full kitchen features gas range with double oven and dishwasher. Washer/dryer as well. If you are looking for a family retreat or if business brings you to town, one bedroom features a queen bed and there are two twins in the other bedroom, plus a queen sized fold-out sofa in the living room.

Ocean Park is Santa Monica's most colorful and historic neighborhood. Unlike other areas of Santa Monica, the Pacific Coast Highway doesn't run between our quaint neighborhood and the ocean. The topography makes Ocean Park the only true 'walking neighborhood' on the beach in Santa Monica. Our house is located between Lincoln Blvd. and Main Street so public transportation is easily accessible. As well, the Venice boardwalk, muscle beach, the Santa Monica Pier and aquarium and the beach bike path to Hermosa Beach are all within walking distance. Both Main Street and Abbot Kinney feature world class dining. Amazing Farmer's Market on Main Street Sunday mornings.

GREAT little cottage!!!

I booked the Wright Studio for my boss who visits LA regularly for business. He is an entrepreneur from the UK and his standards are high and exacting. He likes modern upscale design and requires a walkable neighborhood. There are excellent restaurants as well as vegan food close by, yoga studio and a farmers' market, etc. were all within several blocks. This rental is in a great spot. Original Saarinen tulip chairs, fantastic outdoor space, a retractable wall (!!), Fios internet service and a fantastic movie collection topped it off. He was able to get a lot of work done from the house, it was peaceful and comfortable for him. The owners are great -- friendly, responsive and flexible. I will definately be booking him in here again, maybe next time for vacation!

World-class architecture Great location!

Wow – This place is beautiful!! World-class architecture in a peaceful and private spot only blocks from the beach. Whenever I’m in LA, this will be my home away from home. Glorious place to wake up, incredible light, high ceilings, private entrances to all the rooms from outside and one of the walls is retractable so the ocean breeze flows right through. Location’s the best, a few blocks from the beach, shops and restaurants of Main Street. Also near Abbot Kinney and the Venice Whole Foods. We were in LA for work and had everything we needed with high speed internet, cable tv and dvr! The listing description was 100% accurate! The apartment was more than we expected and the property was beautiful. The hosts are great -- welcoming, accessible, responsive – can't wait to be back!!!
