House was recently remodeled and very clean inside and out. House is on 1/2 an acre with plenty of room to park your boat trailer, Several oak trees provide shade around BBQ pit and picnic table. A deck in the back yard provides a covered seating area with light and ceiling fan. Quite and private area, with key card access community T head fishing pier, swimming pool, and boat launches. Very relaxing but still close enough to restuarants, shopping, and beaches.

We loved this place. Got a little confused locating the house. Web listed one house #, but house had a different #. But, still found the house easily. We usually stay in a hotel, so a house was much more homey. The location was great, near where we like to fish, near the stores. The house was the perfect size for us, clean, had everything in it we needed, except for difficulty getting cellphone service not having wifi internet, which we desperately needed when my very son got sick all of a sudden and we needed to locate a facility in a rush. But all in all, we enjoyed ourselves and plan to return for our next trip to Rockport! We have already told our family and friends about this place.
