Lovely and modern one bedroom apartment, 1 ensuite bathroom and 1 toilet in the reception area; fully equiped kitchen and fully furnished living room and dining room. Sofa bed in the living room. Sleeps up to 4 people. Air conditioned. The condominium features a magnificent swimming pool, acclimatised so it can be used all year round. The apartment is approx 7' walk to the beach. Also within walking distance to shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Famous Aventura Mall is 10' drive. Ideally located, the apartment is 20' drive to both fashionable South Beach and trendy Fort Lauderdale. Also serviced by public transport. Golf, boating, fishing and tennis is available nearby. Visitors can fly into either Miami International or Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International airports, or cruise into the Port of Miami or Port Everglades and be in Sunny Isles Beach within 20 to 30 minutes.

Quiet apartment minutes from the beach

After many visits to the Miami area while staying in a average hotel, this apartment is a welcome relieve to us. It's quiet, comfortable and there is lots of space to relax. The location is perfect, if you don't want to be in the rush of Ocean Drive. A supermarket is a small walk away, such as the beach. A car is needed, to drive to the attractions (golf courses, Aventura / Saw Grass Malls, Ocean Drive, Everglades, Keys etc.)
The proparty was not very clean when we arrived, and he Wifi didn't work all the time. We didn't swim in the pool, because it's winter and there's no sun after 11:00. The people who rented it to us, are friendly and relyable. Contact by mail worked fine.
