Sleeps 6 People: 2-Bedroom, 2-Full Bathroom + Queen Sofa Bed Plus 2 Amazing Outdoor Spaces (one with direct Mtn Views and the other 400 sq ft for eating under the stars).

A newly redecorated, luxury two-bedroom urban oasis condo, just a one-minute walk from the Pearl Street Mall.

This apartment comfortably sleeps 6 people; 3 queen beds (2 bedrooms and a pull-out sofa bed) plus 2-full bathrooms. If the location alone didn't blow your mind, the apartment also has incredible mountain views with lots of outdoor space: 1 huge deck (400 square feet) with a 7' dining table and a smaller direct Flatiron view facing balcony -- both perfect to enjoy morning coffee or a glass of wine in Colorado's famous year-round sunshine.

Our location, Spruce and 15th Street, is a 1-minute walk to famous Pearl Street Mall, 10-minute walk to the Boulder Creek Path, a 7-minute drive to Chautauqua Park, 5-blocks from CU campus and the Hill, E-town, 1-block to bike rentals, and easily accessible to all aspects of outdoor Boulder life.

This top-floor apartment is a 1200-square foot tasteful mix of modern and eclectic furnishings, luxurious high-thread count of Calvin Klein bedding, well-appointed galley kitchen, a romantic wood-burning fireplace. There is a walk-up stair as well as elevator access.

There is no better location if you want to experience Downtown Boulder's restaurants, nightlife, biking, and lively pedestrian scene. This is the perfect place to stay while visiting your college student, attending a conference, or participating in (or watching!) one of Boulder's signature events; like the Bolder Boulder, CU Buffs Football, bike racing or triathlons.

If you want the space and amenities of a unique vacation apartment, with the location of a pricey Boulder hotel, this is your home away from home!!!

We fell in love with the unique outdoor lifestyle of Boulder. It's like living in NYC but in a small town that is perfect for young families and outdoor and fitness focused people. Boulder has an amazing mix of something to do for every interest. Everyone loves Boulder: Older people, music lovers, athletes, singles, hikers, families with young children, parents visiting their kids at CU, amazing restaurants.

What makes this condo unique

We are 1-block from downtown life on Pearl Street and yet this apartment offers an abundance of privacy with outdoor space. You can have an elegant dinner outside on our private 400 sq foot deck and not realize you are in busy downtown Boulder, Colorado.

This is the ideal location for anyone coming to Boulder and wants to be downtown. Close to many triathlon and cycling events, CU Buff Football Stadium is 15-minute walk, Boulder Creek Path and Farmers Market is 10-minute walk, E-town and Boulder's famous hiking and Rock Climbing Canyons all right here.

As former residents of Boulder, we knew that a downtown location would be a good place for our weeklong stay. We were so right! It was a delightful spot. The condo is roomy, very clean, and well stocked. Although the photos are accurate, they cannot do full justice to the details of the condo.
The owner was in close contact throughout the planning process. She was also very accessible during our stay. She had provided a packet of information about the condo, and Boulder. I would recommend using this information if you are a "newbie" to the Boulder area.
Because Boulder is a "walking" city, the location is perfect. It is a very short distance to the Pearl Street pedestrian mall where you will find numerous restaurant, pubs and shops. Even with the proximity to downtown, the condo had a quiet feel. Oh, and did I mention the views!!!!
I would recommend this property to anyone!

As former residents of Boulder, we thought it would be a good idea to plan our stay in a downtown location. We were so right! The Spruce Street condo was a perfect spot for myself, husband and 24 year old son. The condo is roomy, very clean and well stocked for all our needs.
The photos in the promo are accurate, but cannot show all the wonderful details of the property.
The owner stays in contact throughout the planning stage, and gives lots of helpful hints about the Boulder area. She was very responsive during our stay as well.
The location of the condo is idea. Boulder is a "walking" city, and restaurants, pubs and stores are an easy walk. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Great trip - start to finish!

We had a wonderful stay at your home and enjoyed Flatiron view. Comfortable, well-stocked and great central location! Parking a bonus. For coffee lovers - close to Laughing Goat (always guaranteed great expresso and scones!) and Boxcar Cafe. Best of all, I was able to get a fabulous photo of George Hincapie as he came down Spruce Street with the peloton for 2012 Pro-Am Challenge in his last race before retirement!

Great location, amazing views, was a great home base for our family as we moved our son into his dorm at CU. Very comfortable unit, well stocked kitchen, we really felt at home. We loved walking to Pearl St and all the great restaurants and shopping.
