We rented the house for a small family gathering. Grown kids, grandbabies, grandparents and great grandparents from Indiana to Florida! We had a wonderful time. Gathering around the big kitchen table to eat, visit, play cards and laugh. We couldn't have asked for more! The backyard was very nice for the small grandbabies and the our small dog Oliver!
The house had everything we could have wanted and it was very clean. Thank you for sharing your house with our family. We will be back!
My family and I have just returned from our stay in Baltimore. We were in town to attend a surprise Birthday Party and Orioles game. Kyle, the local property manager greeted us upon arrival. She was very friendly and helpful, answering the many questions we had, not only about the property but about the area. Kyle also offered some great tips on the FREE public transportation, which we took FULL advantage of. She also recommended some great area restaurants. We went to Phillips for Crab Cakes - FABULOUS! The property was charming, being able to enjoy a cup of morning coffee in the lovely garden was an added bonus. During the day we walked everywhere, Aquarium (a must see!), Camden Yards for the Orioles game and Fells Point. At night we took advantage of the free bus service, it was very easy to hop on and off the Orange and Green line to get where we needed to go. We were fortunate to have beautiful weather and were able to visit Washington DC (public transport Marc/Metro was an inexpensive way to travel), if you go - we recommend the night tour - breathtaking. We also took a boat around Inner Harbor in Baltimore, so fun. A special thanks to Kim for helping us choose Ann St Guest house and to Kyle who was so very thoughtful and friendly during our stay. We highly recommended Ann St guest house during your visit to Baltimore and look forward to returning in the future!
We stayed at the Ann Street house for three nights and were very comfortable, my husband loved the sauna and I loved the location. The house is clean and had everything we needed. Kyle was helpful with directions and restaurant recommendations. Every morning we'd walk down to the water taxi and head off to explore the city, every night we'd walk back up Ann Street and unwind at the house. It was a great trip and I will rent this property again.
We had a wonderful weekend in Baltimore. The house is within walking distance of Fells Point. We parked our car on Friday and didn't use it again until Sunday afternoon.
The house was in perfect order when we arrived. Everything was better than expected. Thank you.
The house is very neat and orderly. Directions on just about everything you use which helps point out any quirks. There is plenty of sleeping space to comfortably fit all the guests. This place is about a 7-10 block walk from lots of good food, bars, parks, etc. Great location with a 'safe' neighborhood feel. Stay was very enjoyable!
Great rental! Our group enjoyed staying in this house for conference events.
The Ann Street Guest house is more spacious than in the photos and the furnishings are extremely comfortable. It is easy to get to downtown Baltimore via a quick $5-$8 cab ride or to walk to Fells Point. The interior is clean and welcoming. I highly recommend it.
