House, 4 Bedrooms + Other (See Description), 2 Baths (Sleeps 8-10)

Our house is located on the 4th fairway and is a perfect getaway whether to golf or just to relax. There are 4bdr and a den which can sleep up to 9. The master has a king bed and the other bedrooms have queen beds, there is also a pull out couch in the den. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and all linens and towels are supplied.

There is a Bbq and a putting green in the back yard as well as great view of the course.

Our community has pool, gym and tennis courts which are connected to the golf course club house.

Queen Creek is a fast growing area; there are numerous restaurants and a good assortment of shopping. Mesa market is within 15mins and Superstition Springs Mall is about 20min away

Sky Harbour airport is a 40 min drive and Mesa Gateway is 10 min skip.

This is a non smoking house and also has a security system.

**Small dogs will be considered with a pet deposit.

Close to major shopping, many golf courses, movie theatres, and all the best restaurants make it a perfect setting. Only 20 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from downtown Phoenix.
