    Reservation Rules:

    A deposit of 50% is required at the time of reservation by check. The balance is due 15 days before arrival. If less than 30 days until check-in, payment in full is due at time of reservation. No reservations should be assumed until the initial deposit or payment is made and a signed contract is received by the renter. Please do not make any travel plans that cannot be changed until you have received your signed contract. The villa cannot be held without a deposit. First payment and signed contract from both renter and owner will confirm the reservation. Must be 25 or older to reserve. Not suitable for unaccompanied students.
  • There is a cleaning fee of $125 dollars. Maid service can be requested for additional days during your stay for an additional fee and must be requested in advance.

Perfect Vacation

The house and the area made for a perfect vacation. There were eight of us--6 adults and 2 small children--and no one had a complaint. Aida was a great hostess. The house is spotless and well maintained, with a garden that is attractive and relaxing. We were in walking distance of the beach and restaurants as well as yoga classes. Each bedroom had its own balcony with some great views and the pool area was a great place for our family to hang out. We are definitely going back.

An excellent family vacation! We rented this home with family friends, 4 Adults and 3 children, for a few days we had 2 more adults visit and the house was still huge (we didn't even enter 2 rooms the whole week). We had an amazing time! The home was large, well appointed, CLEAN, and very comfortable. I was particularly impressed with the quality of beds and linens. The owner was very accommodating to our requests and available to be on site within a few minutes of a phone call when we couldn't find a light switch. Pool is very nice, but the beach is only a moment walk down the hill (steep hill but close). Sandy beach was great for us, (3 kids under 5) there were restaurants we could walk to but still a very sleepy little neighborhood, also could walk to Yoga and a surf spot that we could rent boards and SUP's. I will be vacationing at Sandy beach again and if I need a home this large it will be my first call. When driving around the area, it did seem to be one of the nicest homes in the area as far as street curb appeal and upkeep. (Winter 2013)

A delightful stay!

We (8 adults, 2 kids) spent a very happy week at Villa Gardenia in Rincon, PR, between Christmas and New Years in 2012. Aida and Joe were gracious hosts who went out of their way - from a welcoming bottle of wine to the mid stay supply of a new microwave oven - to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. The house is a treat; it is filled with antiques and is very well-equipped. The rooms are large and airy. The pool is very refreshing, The beach is a five or seven minute walk (a little longer coming back up the hill) and is free and not crowded. The town of Rincon (and the supermarket) is about ten minutes by car. We look forward to staying at Villa Gardenia again. LG
