This Spectacular Oceanfront Luxury Townhouse is one of 3 units in a very exclusive Private Residence also including a 5 & a 2 bedroom unit. Well located directly on the sand in Pompano Beach. We boast 2500 square feet of the finest in fixtures and finishes for the discriminating traveler. This posh unit is a 4 bed/ 2.5 bath with a den and sleeps 10. The bedrooms are situated in 2 suites that each share a bathroom. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. The fireplace is a beautiful addition to this homey Villa. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs and a comfortable dining area. Each room has a gorgeous ocean view. Water sport rentals. Scuba, Snorkel or Surf! Rent Jet Skis, Catamarans, on the beach just a few steps from the back patio! The Fishing Marina is a mile away where there are small groups that will accommodate the single angler or charter your own trip. The fishing pier and bait shop are a short walk. For beach lovers, we supply beach towels and chairs.Jet Ski, Catamarans, Parasailing rentals on the beach out back on the sand. Fishing, Shelling, and snorkeling all beach activities out your door.Location is directly on the Beach with stunning views of the turquoise water and white sand from every room.

Absolutely loved this villa! Great location, outstanding views, and true luxury--exactly as it was described in the listing.

It was a pleasure working with Valerie, and any issue we had was addressed immediately.

Kudos on the master bathroom--best shower I have ever had!
Kudos on the mattresses--better than the one we have at home.

I would definitely recommend this property, particularly if you are vacationing with your family or another couple.

This place was a dream. We loved the convience to the beach. The views were amazing. We had our wedding on the beach and the pictures were perfect. Even the photographer wanted the name of this place. We definitely will be back.
