Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollar) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

• Discounts may be available for longer stays on non-holiday weekends, please ask.
  The minimum age for renting our home is 25.
  
  All stays under 30 days are subject to an additional 10% VT and Killington Meals and Rooms Tax. $150 cleaning fee required. Linen service (sheets/towels) is available for an additional $150 (may be lower for smaller groups).
  
  For spring/summer/fall hot tub use, there is a $75 charge for filling and preparing the hot tub. An optional $25/week maintenance plan is available for long-term stays. Winter use of the hot tub is included in the rates above.
• Major credit cards and checks accepted.
  
  Cancellations made greater than 60 days prior to arrival are refunded in full provided that the deposit was not made with a credit card. Any credit card payments will be refunded minus a 5% or $50 charge, whichever is greater.
  
  Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. If cancellations are made within thirty (30) days, you may apply the rental deposit to a future stay.
  
  Deposits
  For stays booked more than 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the base rent required at time of booking. The balance of rent, tax, fees are due 30 days before the date of arrival (60 days for all holiday periods). A security deposit of $1000 is due 7 days before arrival and will be refunded within 14 days of departure provided no damages have occur
