Great location! Nice Stay!

Stayed 4 nights at this SoBe getaway for a little vacation and had a great time! Bed was comfortable and room was well decorated and nicely appointed with a flat screen TV and satellite as well as a full kitchen. Location was amazing! Everything within short walking distance... Rented a scooter/vespa from the place across the street and the manager let me park there over night to avoid paying parking fees and tickets (saved at least $50). Carlos and Ron are easy to work with. Ron came on time to meet me at the studio when I first arrived (didn't have to wait) and Carlos allowed me a late checkout without any additional fees. Definitely recommended!

My vacation to south beach for spring break along with my two brothers and best friend was perfect, partly because of the great location of this condo and how easy it was to reserve. Working with Ron made it very simple and easy and I would recommend my own friends and family to stay here also, perfect location extremely close to the beach and within walking distance of everything.

This place was perfect for a girls annula vacation. This was my first and wont be my last time visiting Miami or Staying at this place. I loved the decor and the locations was amazing. We were surrounded by lots of local stores and very close to the beach. I would recommend my friends and family to stay here. We will be coming back next year.

We stayed here this past weekend for the BCS National Championship game and enjoyed the location being so close to everything. The apt was clean and nice and had everything we needed. Dealing with Carlos and Ron was also a pleasure and very easy! I would highly recommend staying here on your next trip to South Beach!

An excellent apartment and host. 10/10!

I had an excellent time staying in this Art Deco studio in Washington Drive, Miami.
Not only was the owner Carlos, a fantastic host but he was helpful and informative
to me and friend throughout my entire stay in South Beach.

The apartment was clean, with a newly fitted interior and had everything that I
needed throughout my 9 day stay there. The location was also top class with Miami
beach only 5-10minutes walk away. What was even better for me and my friend, was the
fact that we were so close to all of the great night life that takes place in Miami.

I aim to go back to Miami very soon and when I do return, I intend on staying in one
of the apartments that Carlos owns. It was a truly great experience!
