Beacon Court unit F is a colorful and sunny 3 bedroom condo located just minutes from downtown Douglas and bank of the Kalamazoo River. Decorated in uplifting colors and comfortable furnishings, you’ll love spending time indoors or catching a breeze on the outdoor patio.

The 3 bedrooms are located upstairs with the master bedroom containing a King bed and attached full bath with a Jacuzzi tub, a guest bedroom with 2 Twin beds and a guest bedroom with a Twin bed and a Trundle bed.

The main floor has a semi-open concept and flows smoothly from living area with TV & DVD player and a Gas Fireplace and into the bright dining and fully equipped kitchen area.

Only a short walk to downtown Douglas and you’ll have access to great dining, shopping and galleries. Within walking distance as well is Wade’s Bayou Park, a peaceful waterside park on the Kalamazoo River perfect for taking in the sunshine, reading a book under the picturesque gazebo or for launching a kayak!

This is a bright and sunny rental unit with really good air conditioning! It was blistering hot during our stay in Saugatuck but the interior was always cool and welcoming. Really lovely master bedroom and bathroom with a water view (which I did not expect!).
