Eagle beach villa is a beautiful vacation home available for a family/group size of up to 12 people. This wonderful modern villa is located just blocks from eagle beach and within walking distance to convenience stores. Featuring a spacious upscale family friendly interior with tastefully decorated rooms and sitting areas with comfortable furniture. Egyptian cotton linens. A large 50' LCD in the main room and a kitchen equipped with state of the art stainless steel appliances including gas cook top and griddle, electric oven, and refrigerator with ice maker and freezer are just some of the features of this vacation home. In addition, the villa features an enchanting extra sized Master suite with private Jacuzzi tub, multi-spray shower, walk-in closet and canopy bed, sliding nine-foot glass doors open to a very nice pool and deck view. Outside, the tropical courtyard landscape, allows for the enjoyment of grilling (outdoor drink fridge provided), lounging and entertainment in complete privacy. The villa has also a security system, laundry room and parking capacity for 2 cars indoors and 2-4 more outdoors. Gas station less than 200 mts.
