A charming, centrally located apartment (76 sq.m) with 2 bedrooms with sleeps for 4 persons. A baby crib is also available. A perfect choice for families or couples that wish to have a cozy and homey stay in Reykjavik.

The apartment is on first floor and consists of two bedrooms as well as an aisle, a living room with seating for 4 persons and a sat.-TV and DVD, full bathroom with shower/tub and a fully equipped kitchen.

The house has a beautiful garden with a basketball playground as well as a sandbox, a swing and a slide for small children to play, garden furniture and a gas grill for a nice barbecue by good weather.

Very centrally located. Only 10 minutes walk to the center Reykjavik with all its sights or the Reykjavik harbor from where for instance whale watching tours depart. The University of Iceland is as well in a short distance away from the apartment like the walking path along the coast of Reykjavik. The Reykjavik Domestic Airport is only 2.5 km away (ca. 4 minutes by car). All services (groceries, swimming pool, banks etc.) are in less than 5 minutes reach from the apartment.

Notes: The apartment is equipped for 4 persons and a baby. This applies to the seating in the dining area and the living room as well as the kitchen utensils and garden furniture. The apartment is on first floor with 7 steps leading up to the entrance of the house, thus not very suitable for people who have problems with stairs. The garden is on both sides of the house with a children playground and a basketball field in the backyard. A communal swimming pool (Vesturbæjarlaugin) with hot tubs and sauna is only 250 meters away from the apartment. Other amenities like laundry and drying, internet access or a cell phone with a local sim-card can be provided by low costs on request.

We stayed at Kristján and Zulema apartment during our holiday this year. The apartment was perfect for our needs, it was spacious, spotlessly clean and extremely well stocked, both in the kitchen and with plenty of entertainment. The area of the apartment was good with a short walk to downtown Reykjavik and had easy parking. Being able to be so close to town and having some outdoor space is rare and was a great plus.

Kristján and Zulema were very helpful and quick to assist both before and during our holiday.

We would very much recommend this apartment to anyone considering it.
