Our one story condo is one of ten located directly on the beach front in “Nueva Espana” a private walled community of 34 privately owned condos. Step right out to your patio on the sand with a panoramic view of Ensenada Bay and the Todos Santos Islands. Relax in this peaceful setting of fresh sea air always keeping an eye out for Dolphins and Whales. The Condo is decoratively furnished in a spacious open floor plan allowing great views of the ocean, even while preparing food in the fully equipped kitchen or relaxing by a wood fire in the living room fireplace. Flood lights on the ocean front make the waves beautiful at night while sitting around your beach fire.

Great Time! Great Location

This house is really on the ocean as it states on the details. I took my family of four along with my parents and we ALL had a great time & were very comfortable in our sleeping arrangements. Next to Nuevo Espana there is a little cove with a nice sandy area & it was like we literally had our own private beach the whole time we were there. If you wake up early enough, you can catch a whale/dolphin show. The six of us were amazed at what we were seeing right before our eyes, from the patio area. Overall we really enjoyed the house, the views, and our Vacation! Thank you Nuevo Espana, Ensenada, BC

We have enjoyed three stays in this condo and look forward to returning. Each time we shared it with another couple. We all loved being right on the ocean front and being lulled to sleep at night by the ocean sounds. Also the closeness to Estero Beach Resort and other dining spots is a big plus. We also enjoyed relaxing and dining outdoors at the condo..It is easy to drive to downtown Ensenada for shopping or sightseeing. We found the condo clean and well equipped.. We have recommended this rental to other friends.

Dolphins often in full view from your patio

We've spent many a night over the years relaxing and loving the atmosphere here on the beach just a few miles south of Ensenada -- whenever we could get away, this was our first choice. The unit is well looked after, has a fully equipped kitchen, and numberous native artifacts enhance the decor. Should you choose to break away, Ensenada, with its many shops and restaurants, is just a few miles north. Buen Viaje!
