Sunshine Corner is a luxurious 6 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom villa on the exclusive Emerald Island Resort in Kissimmee, less than 3 miles from Disney World. Furnished to the highest standards, our fully air conditioned home is perfect for family groups, sleeping up to 12 guests. With 3 master suites, 2 large double rooms, one room with bunk beds, 4 en suite bathrooms and a very large living area everyone will feel at home. Our games room features a pool table, air hockey and a darts board-perfect to unwind after a busy day at the parks. Our pool & spa area is south facing and features an extended deck and a large lanai area with plenty of sun loungers and tables and chairs to enjoy the Florida sunshine. Pool heat is available at extra cost if required. Sunshine Corner is a non-smoking home. Free International Phone Calls & wireless internet available.

Emerald Island is a prestigious gated resort just 3 miles from Walt Disney World and close to all the other main attractions in Orlando. The community is set amongst acres of lush conservation and contains 11 wooded acres right at it's heart, complete with nature trails to explore. Emerald Island's clubhouse features a community pool, fitness room, an internet room, tiki bar, ATM and a concierge service. If you have the time (or the energy!) after exploring Orlando's many attractions Emerald Island has a volleyball court, tennis court and two children's play areas. There are a good range of restaurants and shops within a short distance including, TGI Fridays, Red Lobster, Cracker Barrell, Outback Steakhouse, Key W Kools, Walgreens, Publix and Super Target.

Best Home Yet!!!

We have stayed in various homes within the Kissimmee area for the last 12 years but this simply has to be the best so far. Beautiful, clean and modern home and only minutes away from TGI's, Outbacks, Wallgreens etc.
Perfect location for Disney, our only regret is that we did not book it for the complete 2 weeks.
Hope to visit Sunshine corner again next year!!!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

We wre 4 families and 13 people in total. The house was in excellent condition in aa very secure and convinient place. We had an excellent 4 nights ,thank for everybody. I highly recommend for big families. We will defientely come back.Warm regards from Istanbul Turkey.
