As a kid growing up I vacationed on the outer banks with my family every chance we could. It made perfect sense to purchase a place where we could continue that tradition for our own family as well as offer this opportunity to others. While searching for the 'perfect' property, we came across Bermuda Bay. It only took a few moments to realize the benefits of owning in Bermuda Bay. I have not been able to find a better development on the entire outer banks. It is a great combination of well sized homes, convenient and central location, coupled with the best clubhouse and pool facility on the outer banks. If you are trying to decide where you should book your next vacation, look no further! Bermuda Bay is the place to be!

So, the first thing we came to enjoy were all of the decks and balconies. The master bedroom has its own private deck, both living room and dining room have decks, and the 1st floor bedroom has a lanai. With 4 floors of living space, this home can accommodate many people and each can enjoy different activities without bothering others. The top floor has a room with a fold out bed. This room can double as a recreation room. The same can be said for the 1st floor room that even has it's own full bathroom. My favorite part of Bermuda Bay is the Clubhouse and Pool. The pool features a splash zone for smaller children, a 'lazy' river, a slide, and a deep area for more experienced swimmers. The pool has plenty of lounge chairs and a few covered areas for larger groups.
