This beautifully appointed private villa is surrounded by nature and an abundance of Florida live oak trees. There are 16 Har-Tru courts, 4 tennis pro's and a pro shop along with many tennis events offered year round. There is an ocean front clubhouse with a restaurant overlooking a private beach for the residents of Sea Oaks. There are 10 pools scattered through out the community along with a river front marina overlooking the beautiful Indian River. This charming villa is located a 5 minute walk to the private beach for Sea Oaks residents. This home has all the amenities to let you relax and have a memorable holiday. Featuring an open floor plan with a fully equipped eat in kitchen, a spacious formal dining area, this home has three bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms and sleeps 6 people. There is a first floor master suite with a private bathroom and a king size bed. The second bedroom (upstairs) has a queen bed and a third bedroom (upstairs)has a set of twin beds. There is also a full bath on the second floor. There is an additional sitting area on the second floor with another TV. There is a laundry room and 2 car garage located on the first floor along with a lovely tropical courtyard to enjoy this tropical paradise.
