At first we were nervous never having booked a room through an owner. Some small reservations concerning the contract, but quickly got over it once we arrived. We had the the owner pick up some items and stock the kitchen before our arrival, and they were able to get everything we asked for and it was pretty cheap.
The room was perfect, loved having the balcony and the kitchen. Room was very clean and well kept. Love the fact that each tower has its own pool make it alot less crowed, and the pool staff was great.
Also those who are worried about how far away from the strip you are, the walk only takes 10 minutes and you are in the MGM grand. The walk has the moving walkways so its really not bad, and on the weekend they set up a bar halfway incase you get thirsty. Also you are really close to the monorail which is a great way to move up and down the strip.
Katrina who manages the Condo was very helpful and flexible on our final day since our plane did not leave until late. We were extremely happy and will definately be booking our next trip in Feb through her.
