Completely renovated in March/April 2008 this large 2 bedroom 2 bathrooms is ideally located in between Nice and Cannes in the town of Antibes-Juan les Pins. It is a short 4 mns walk from the beach and walking distance to the train station as well. The apartment is air conditioned and features 2 bedroom 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. One of the bathrooms is ensuite the master bedroom and has a balcony. The large living-dining room (40sq meters or 410 sq ft) features a large dining table that seats 6 , a beautiful white leather sofa with lounge chair and an antique Louis XVI matching chair. That room is equipped with state of the art technology : Large 50' plasma screen, 600w home cinema, cable TV channels, unlimited access to WiFi internet and unlimited phone calls. The living area opens to the south terrace which also has its own table and chairs for 6 . This large room has been designed to offer a lot of comfort. The entire room is filled with light since it faces south.

The apartment is ideally located between Nice and Cannes and the building is located in the city centre of Antibes-Juan les Pins. You can easily walk to the beach and all its activities (boat visits, lounge chair rentals, sailing, para-sailing, water ski ....) You are in the centre of a town, not lost in between 2 little towns! So you will be walking distance to night life, shopping , restaurants and jazz music at the Pinede. Bakery, supermarket and food are all 2 mins walk from the building.

We have just returned from a week at this lovely apartment. It is just 4 mins walk to our favourite beach - La Jetee and provided us with an ideal base. Apartment is lovely, with great decor and the all important air con. If it was a hotel it would be 5 star. You definately do not need a car, ours sat in the garage all week!

This place was unbelievable. Flawlessly decorated, very spacious and so convienent to everything. Our week there just wasn't long enough. It was better than being at home. The neighbors were very kind and helpful, made you feel welcomed and the views out the back AND front were breath taking. What's not to love? Feel free to contact me for more details. All of Pascal's rentals are first class and his Paris flats used to be our favorite.

We stayed here 10 days in June 2009. The apartment is exactly as advertised. The furnishings and decor are excellent and very modern. The flat screen TV was a hit with our elderly mother. WiFi was very useful for those of us that had to stay in contact with work. The beach was 300 meters away and has great restaurants.
We were extremely satisfied and highly recommend this rental.

Pascal has a great taste. Beautiful apartment and very confortable. If you look for a "real apartment", not just a place to sleep during your holiday, this is the right choice.
