This charming Cape style home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Chatham, MA and is just .2 miles from the bike path and one mile from Nantucket Sound beaches. A great place for the biking enthusiast or beach comber. It is welcoming and decorated to include all of the comforts of home. There is one queen bed, one double bed, two twin beds and a pull-out sofa, all with plush mattresses. This property has sleeping accommodations to handle groups up to 7. The home features a fully-equipped kitchen, two full baths, an outdoor shower, a 6 person dining area opening to a private deck with table and chairs overlooking a large private backyard. Amenities include microwave, iron, toaster oven, coffee maker, washer & dryer, 2 plastma TVs, Blu-ray DVD, outdoor speakers, and bikes. Enjoy lazy summer days in the sun or long walks on the beach in the nicest area on Cape Cod!

Located on a quiet street, this home proved to be a terrific get-away for our family of four; and because it was more spacious than expected, believe it would be comfortable for larger families, too. Our children enjoyed having options for sleeping arrangements, and chose nightly between the bedrooms, sofa-bed and futon areas. We found the upstairs master bedroom to be large, comfortable, private and relaxing. The outdoor deck was a pleasant place to dine as it overlooked a Zen-inspired garden; both a treat to gaze at and stroll through. We walked to the bike and jogging path, and had a short drive to groceries, restaurants, shops and beaches. Communication with the owner was outstanding. Additional highlights included the Wi-Fi, TVs, surround sound, outdoor speakers, coffee bar and gas grill. All in all, a great place for those looking for an updated and relaxing rental!

As a group of Moms & daughters traveling to Cape Cod for the first time, we knew that renting a house would most likely be the most economical way to go....and we made a very good choice in picking this home! It's spacious, comfortable, well-equipped & full of Cape Cod charm. The location was perfect & allowed us easy access to lots of sightseeing as well as attending our nephew's Chatham A's baseball games. We visited quite a few towns in the area, and we all agreed that Chatham was our favorite.....charming downtown, great bikepath & fabulous beaches! Andy was very easy to work with and sincerely wants people to enjoy this town, his home and all the activities this area has to offer....these California girls LOVED Cape Cod!
