The Hampton House is a picturesque 1 bedroom, 1 bath summer cottage on Howland Beach, in Westport, Mass. Guests can enjoy watching the sunrises and sunsets, walking, jogging, bird watching, cycling, kayaking, surfing, sunbathing and swimming at the private beach.

Enjoy the Atlantic Ocean and beachfront properties without the traffic hassles of Cape Cod. The Westport village of Acoaxet, near Horseneck Beach, is on the Massachusetts /Rhode Island border. Boston is 54 miles away, and Cape Cod and Providence are approximately 1 hour away.

The kitchen is fully equipped with coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, pots and pans, and dishes. The charming living room has a queen sized sleeper sofa, cable TV/VCR, stereo and a gas fireplace. The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed. There is also an outside shower and a gas barbecue.
